Hard Tack

This Bull Cutter is all business. The blade’s built from a farrier’s rasp—steel made to take abuse and keep its bite. You can still see the pattern of the rasp, proof it’s lived a working life. The handle pairs carbon fiber with polished giraffe bone, bringing together grit and class. A carbon fiber and blue G10 spacer ties the look together, with blue G10 liners adding a quiet flash. At 7¼ inches overall, it’s compact, balanced, and built for steady hands. Strong, clean, and meant for everyday use, not display cases.

About the Steel

Made from reclaimed farrier’s rasp steel, this blade carries the marks of real work. High-carbon and heat-treated to 60 HRC, it sharpens easy and holds its edge longer than it should.

About the Handle

Carbon fiber and giraffe bone handle with carbon fiber and blue G10 spacer, finished with blue G10 liners. A mix of natural and modern materials that feel smooth, solid, and just a little wild.

About the Sheath

Sheath Included. Every blade leaves my shop with a hand-fit leather sheath. On its own, it’s worth $120, but I don’t sell knives without them. A knife isn’t finished until it’s got a sheath that matches it. Most sheaths you see out there feel plastic-y, like they’d snap if you bent them wrong. That’s not what I pair with these knives. These are cut from thick leather, stitched to last, and made in the USA. Over time they don’t wear out—they wear in. The leather shapes to you, softens to your side, and eventually feels less like gear and more like part of you.
