This the Bull Cutter that put Stetson Forge on the map. The one I measure the rest against. It’s built from farrier rasp steel, chosen for toughness and bite (and looks.) It sharpens aggressive and stays useful when things get rough. At 60 HRC, it’s hard enough to hold an edge and soft enough to trust when pressure shows up.
The handle centers around cholla cactus, paired with turquoise TruStone spacer and turquoise inlay. White carbon fiber accents add contrast without taking over, and G10 liners and accents keep everything locked tight. I shape every handle so it fills the palm naturally and stays planted when your grip tightens.
This knife lives close. It’s for chute work, fence work, and everything that happens in between. No gimmicks. No excess. Just a cutter built the way I think one should be.
