The Hoofprint

This one carries the same working heart as every rasp it came from. The blade’s farrier steel still shows the life it lived—rough, patterned, and built for the long haul. The handle’s cholla cactus is filled with real turquoise, set off by red TruStone and dark accents that ground the color. It’s a mix of desert and iron, shaped for comfort and made to last. At 9 inches overall, it’s a hard-use knife that still knows how to catch the eye. Built for honest work, built to be handed down.

About the Steel

Made from a reclaimed farrier’s rasp, high-carbon steel that once shaped hooves and earned every mark. It takes a fine edge and keeps it, built to handle whatever the day throws at it.

About the Handle

Cholla cactus with real turquoise inlay, red TruStone spacer, dark wood bolster, and red G10 liners. Western to the core, with a natural feel that fits your hand like it’s been there a while.

About the Sheath

Sheath Included. Every blade leaves my shop with a hand-fit leather sheath. On its own, it’s worth $120, but I don’t sell knives without them. A knife isn’t finished until it’s got a sheath that matches it. Most sheaths you see out there feel plastic-y, like they’d snap if you bent them wrong. That’s not what I pair with these knives. These are cut from thick leather, stitched to last, and made in the USA. Over time they don’t wear out—they wear in. The leather shapes to you, softens to your side, and eventually feels less like gear and more like part of you.
